DAY02MUSSOORIE

After breakfast sightseeing of Mussoorie covering:

GUN HILL (Gun Hill being the second highest peak of Mussoorie offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges namely Bunderpunch, Srikantha, Pithwara and Gangotri Group to name the few )

KEMPTY FALL (Located at 15 Kms from Mussoorie on way to Yamunotri having an altitude of 1370 mtrs. It has a distinction of being the biggest and prettiest waterfall located in a beautiful valley and is surrounded by high mountains. Bath at the foot of the fall is enjoyable and unforgettable )

MUSSOORIE LAKE (A newly developed picnic spot build by City Board & Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority, is situated at 6 Kms on Mussoorie-Dehradun road having a facility of pedaled boats. It offers a enchanting view of Doon Valley and nearby villages )

DAY03MUSSOORIE – HARIDWAR (approx 90 Kms / approx 2 hrs drive )

After breakfast drive to Haridwar located on the banks of RIVER GANGA,( Haridwar has earned fame as being the place, which has been blessed by the trinity of the Lords Shiva, Vishnu & Brahma. Its also one of the major Shaktipeeths. Down the ages, Haridwar has purified the mind, body & soul of people not only in spiritual or religious terms but as a major learning centre for arts, science & culture).

On Arrival check-in hotel. Later in the afternoon visit MANSA DEVI  TEMPLE & in the evening enjoy the spectacular view of 'AARTI ' at Har Ki Pauri. Later spend your time on the Ghat.

DAY04HARIDWAR – NAINITAL

After breakfast sightseeing:

NAINA PEAK (At 2611 meters this is the highest peak bordering the lake. A popular picnic spot which offers a panoramic view)

DORTHY’S SEAT (Named in memory of an English woman who was killed in an air crash. This pleasant spot offers a partial view of Nainital)

THE MALL (Nainital’s popular promenade offers a variety of entertainment) Nainital is also known as `Lake Paradise’. In its beautiful `lakes’, option of boating through yachts, paddle boats and traditional rowing boats are available. The Nainital Boat House Club exclusively holds the management of Yachting in Nainital.

DAY06NAINITAL – KAUSANI

After breakfast drive to Kausani,transfer to hotel, evening sightseeing to ANASHAKTI ASHRAM (Mahatma Gandhi stayed here for a long stretch in 1929)

DAY07KAUSANI

After breakfast sightseeing to BAIJNATH and BAGESHWAR  TEMPLES ( famous temples a few hours driving distance away from the town ).

Afternoon enjoy Kausani ( which located in the picturesque Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand. Situated at 6,075 ft above sea level, this small and peaceful hill-station is known for its unspoilt natural beauty and 300 km-wide views of the Himalayan snow-peaks. Very few places in the Himalayas offer such vistas as Kausani.)

DAY08KAUSANI – RANIKHET
(approx 70 Kms / approx.2 Hrs drive )

After breakfast drive straight to Ranikhet,transfer to your resort,evening sightseeing to JHULA DEVI TEMPLE (honouring the goddess Durga, dates back to the 8th century AD, and is covered with hundreds of bells, tied to the walls by worshippers hoping to get their wishes fulfilled.)

Evening free to enjouy the beautiful hill station.

DAY09RANIKHET – CORBETT

After breakfast Enjoy the CORBETT NATIONAL PARK ( First park to be authorised as a project tiger reserve in 1973 , there are about 50 Tigers & many other animals ), evening return back to hotel

Basic Guidelines -

• Please enter the Park only after taking the necessary permits and follow all the rules.
• Drive slowly in the Park. In this way you can see, observe and enjoy the most, without disturbing the wildlife.
• Respect the wild animals and maintain a safe distance from them. Remember, you are in their home and they get first priority.
• Switch off your car stereo or transistor. The quieter you are, the more the chances of your seeing wildlife.
• Wear dull-coloured clothes. Bright colours alarm most wild animals and they flee.
• Don’t carry guns or other weapons. Feel free to shoot with a camera instead.
• Do not smoke or light campfires in the forest. Accidental fires can destroy this wonderful jungle in no time.
• Don’t get off your vehicle at any point in the Park except where it’s allowed. This is for your own safety and the safety of wildlife.
• Help keep the park pollution-free. While inside the park, please put your entire non-biodegradable litter (tin cans, plastic, glass bottles, metal foils etc.) into the bag provided and dispose of it on your way out.
• Keep to the specified roads and trails. Driving off track you may trample growing trees and cause disturbance to resting animals and their youngs.
• DAY 11 : CORBETT – DELHI ( approx.280 Kms / approx.7-8 Hrs drive )
• After breakfast drive back to Delhi for your onward Journey.
